Our vineyard and winery is a new addition to the Thousand Islands Wine Trail. We opened our doors in the Spring of 2012. Venditti Vineyards, is located at 42780 New Connecticut Rd. Theresa NY 13691, about eight miles from the village of Theresa. We will be celebrating our grand opening with a brand new tasting room and patio to give visitors the chance to sample the fine wine’s, in an attractive country atmosphere. The winery is located on acres of rolling meadow land. Visitors will find plenty to enjoy including a stroll through the vineyard, a tour of the wine making area and then relax with a glass of wine in the tasting room, or on the patio overlooking the vineyard.
The wine is what it’s all about, and Venditti Vineyards has one of New York’s top winemakers in the person of Jeff Murphy, who also is associated with Johnson Estate Wines. Venditti Vineyards has quite the opening lineup in our first year. The winery is featuring eight varieties of red and white wines, plus a special port style wine that will bring something just a little different to the tasting scene. Sip and savor the range of varieties from dry to sweet and red to white that make up our wine roster while at the winery or by placing your order online.
Our foundation is rooted in family - including five generations’ worth of wine making tradition that stretches through the Venditti family back to our roots in Italy - and a commitment to creating the best quality wines possible. Our focus is on combining traditional elements of grape growing and wine making, along with the techniques and traditions picked up over years of traveling to wine making regions around the world. We want your experience with Venditti Vineyards, whether visiting the winery, or enjoying our wines at home with your family and friends, to be an enjoyable experience.
